Dr. Howard J. Tzorfas, D. P. M., is a Board Certified surgeon and podiatrist specializing in both surgical and non-surgical treatments. We have solutions for just about any condition affecting the foot, including ingrown & fungus nails, corns & calluses, sports injuries, diabetic care, hammer toes, heel pain, bunions and warts.

Dr. Howard Tzorfas, Board Certified in both Podiatric medicine and Podiatric surgery has been practicing in New Jersey since 1987. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Associate, New Jersey Podiatric Medical Association, the American Association of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons and the American Diabetes Association. 

Dr. Tzorfas, a native of New Jersey, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Montclair State College in 1982. In 1986, he received his degree, Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at The Veterans Administration Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia in 1987.

In addition to his general podiatry practice, Dr. Tzorfas has special interests in Sports Medicine, diabetes and children’s foot problems. 

As an active member of the community, Dr. Tzorfas holds the honor of serving as the official podiatrist for the American Diabetes Association Walk-a-thon and the March of Dimes Walk-a-thon. He also serves the community by offering free foot screenings for Senior Health fairs and local companies and conducts lectures throughout the county for hospitals, clubs and service organizations.
